Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to your use of HotelSalesAssistant.com and its free public and ChatGPT plugin calculators. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Separate product, subscription, or platform terms may apply to other services you choose to use.

Permitted Use

You may use the calculators for lawful hotel group-sales, meeting, and event planning. You may copy and share your calculation results for those purposes. The cancellation calculator concerns hotel group business; it does not cancel an individual hotel reservation or determine a traveler's refund.

Calculator Purpose and User Assumptions

The calculators apply deterministic arithmetic to values you enter. You are responsible for the dates, quantities, rates, eligible pickup, contracted amounts, allowances, calculation method, cancellation percentages, and tax treatment. Review the results before relying on or sharing them.

The tools do not read or interpret contracts, select a cancellation sliding scale, or determine whether a charge or tax legally applies. Days until arrival are provided for reference. You must determine and enter the percentages and assumptions appropriate to your situation.

Responsibility and Limitations
