Understanding room block attrition
This hotel attrition calculator compares contracted room nights with actual hotel room block pickup after the allowance you enter. Cumulative calculations let pickup across the block offset shortages. Nightly calculations assess each night independently.
Cumulative damages use the exact weighted average contracted room rate. Nightly damages use each night’s contracted rate. Fractional required room nights remain fractional. The subtotal is rounded HALF-UP to cents before tax is applied.
